After a successful 45 year sales career in the auto parts industry, I tired of being a “traveling salesman” and sought a new direction. I wanted to stay near the beach and still service an account base with honesty and integrity. I chose real estate in Emerald Isle as a way to achieve that goal.

Emerald Isle (aka Paradise) is a wonderful place to vacation or invest but a much better place to call home. I first discovered Emerald Isle in the mid 80’s when it was a small undiscovered beach settlement occupied by quaint beach cottages.

Thankfully it has remained a family beach despite its growth. When I bought my first home in Lands End, Steve Mattews accidentally told me that when I retired from teaching I would be PERFECT in Real Estate and I would have a place with Watson-Matthews.

Well, in 2001 upon my retirement, I came back to haunt him. I have been assisting buyers and sellers ever since and would love to help you with any of your real estate needs or questions.
